San Antonio, TX (November 2, 2025) – Two people were hospitalized early Saturday morning following a two-vehicle crash in northeast San Antonio, according to police.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred around 4:30 a.m. on November 1 in the 900 block of East Evans Road near Green Mountain Road. A 19-year-old woman was driving a gray Infiniti southeast on Evans Road when she reportedly veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a pickup truck.
Both drivers were injured and transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities confirmed that the Infiniti driver was evaluated at the scene and was not suspected of being intoxicated at the time of the crash.
The investigation into what caused the woman to cross into the opposite lane remains ongoing.
