Lancaster, CA (December 18, 2025) – A 19-year-old driver was killed Monday evening in a three-vehicle collision that left two others seriously injured in the Lancaster area.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 6:14 p.m. on December 15 along 170th Street East, just north of Rawhide Avenue. A 2023 Ford traveling northbound reportedly drifted into the southbound lanes and collided head-on with a 2014 Ford.
The impact caused the driver of the 2014 Ford to be ejected from the vehicle. That vehicle then veered out of control and struck a 2025 Toyota heading southbound. Tragically, the driver of the 2014 Ford was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both other drivers involved survived but sustained serious injuries and were transported to Antelope Valley Medical Center for treatment. CHP noted that both survivors were wearing seatbelts, and impairment was not suspected.
