ST. CHARLES, MO (January 4, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Route A and Pitman Road in St. Charles County. The crash, reported at approximately 4:34 PM, involved three vehicles and resulted in injuries.
According to authorities, a 2020 Nissan Kicks driven by a 24-year-old female from Wentzville, MO, was traveling northbound on Route A when a 2007 Buick Rendezvous, stopped at a stop sign, failed to yield while making a left turn. The front of the Nissan struck the left side of the Buick. The Buick then slid and collided with the front of a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, which was slowing down behind the Nissan.
The driver of the Buick, a 76-year-old male from Wentzville, sustained moderate injuries and was transported to SSM Lake St. Louis by ambulance. The Nissan and Buick sustained total damage and were towed from the scene. The Chevrolet sustained minor damage and was driven away.
