Kansas Turnpike Authority, KS (August 20, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on Kansas Highway 4 left one driver injured Tuesday afternoon.
According to reports, the Kansas Highway Patrol stated the crash happened at approximately 2:09 p.m. on August 18 at mile marker 334 on westbound K-4. A 2004 Subaru Forester, driven by 41-year-old Calum Ross of Perry, was traveling eastbound when it veered into the westbound lane and sideswiped a 2015 Chevrolet Impala. The Chevrolet, operated by 72-year-old Shirley Anderson of Tecumseh, sustained damage in the crash.
Anderson was transported to Stormont Vail Hospital with suspected minor injuries. Ross was not injured. Both vehicles were insured through American Family.
