ST. LOUIS, MO (January 4, 2025) – Authorities are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at approximately 5:35 p.m. on Lewis and Clark Boulevard near the 9600 block in St. Louis County. The incident involved three vehicles and resulted in the death of one individual.
According to preliminary reports, a 2006 Honda Accord, driven by a 31-year-old male from St. Louis, was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes when it struck two other vehicles. The first collision occurred with a 2000 Toyota Avalon, causing moderate damage, before the Honda Accord struck a 2012 Ford F-150 head-on. The driver of the Honda Accord was pronounced deceased at Barnes-Jewish Hospital at 6:34 p.m. A 44-year-old male driver of the Ford F-150 sustained minor injuries and was also transported to Barnes-Jewish Hospital for treatment.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Local authorities continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
