Las Vegas, NV (September 17, 2025) — A woman was killed Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash in south Las Vegas that involved a sedan and a crossover SUV.
According to the Nevada State Police, the collision occurred just after 8 a.m. on September 15 near the intersection of East Starr Avenue and South Las Vegas Boulevard. Investigators determined that a crossover was traveling westbound on Starr Avenue when it struck a sedan that was turning left to head north on Las Vegas Boulevard.
A 75-year-old woman from Las Vegas, who was a passenger in the sedan, was transported to a nearby hospital with critical injuries. She later died from those injuries, authorities confirmed.
Both drivers involved in the crash stayed at the scene and are cooperating with investigators as the cause of the crash remains under review.
