HILLTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA (January 28, 2025) – A serious two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Bethlehem Pike and Schoolhouse Road required emergency rescues and sent at least one person to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 4:30 PM on the 4300 block of Bethlehem Pike near Fluid Energy Processing and Equipment Co. and VMD Machine Co. Emergency responders had to remove the driver’s side and rear driver-side doors of a tan Toyota Camry to free trapped occupants. A silver Dodge minivan involved in the crash sustained heavy front-end damage, while the Camry suffered extensive side damage, consistent with a T-bone collision.
Emergency crews moved all vehicles into a nearby parking lot, and Bethlehem Pike was temporarily closed in both directions. Hilltown Township Police, Perseverance Fire Co. of Souderton, Telford Fire Co., and multiple EMS units responded to the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
