A black Cadillac reportedly lost control and hit a concrete lane divider, stopping in the center of the highway. The passenger quickly exited and reached the right shoulder for safety.
The 38-year-old driver from Trenton, New Jersey, exited the vehicle but was hit by an oncoming Lexus ES3 sedan, operated by a 30-year-old also from Trenton.
