Phoenix, AZ (November 3, 2025) – A deadly collision early Sunday morning in Phoenix claimed the life of a young woman and left three others injured.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. on November 2 near the intersection of 7th Avenue and Thomas Road. Investigators say a man driving westbound on Thomas Road at a high rate of speed ran a red light and struck a vehicle heading north on 7th Avenue.
The violent impact caused the vehicles to crash into a third car that was traveling south on 7th Avenue. One of the drivers, 21-year-old Trinity Celeste Brewer, was inside a vehicle that rolled over. Emergency crews extricated her from the wreckage, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three additional people were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities suspect the speeding driver who caused the crash may have been impaired. The investigation remains active.
