According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident took place on December 2 along Farm-to-Market Road 843, south of U.S. Highway 69. The two-vehicle collision resulted in non-life-threatening injuries for all individuals involved.
One of the drivers, identified as 30-year-old Tyler Luce, and a 17-year-old passenger were transported to UT Tyler for care. Two additional passengers — a 16-year-old boy and a 7-year-old boy — were taken to St. Luke’s Health-Memorial Hospital, also with non-life-threatening injuries.
