Hillsborough, NJ (December 20, 2025) — A driver was rescued from a vehicle after becoming trapped in a crash on Amwell Road near the post office Wednesday morning, December 17.
According to the New Jersey State Police, firefighters from Flagtown Fire/Rescue – Hillsborough Volunteer Fire Company #1 were dispatched to the scene shortly after 8:30 a.m. Responders acted swiftly to extricate the trapped driver from the wrecked vehicle. The victim was then transported to a local hospital by Robert Wood Johnson EMS for further treatment. The extent of injuries has not been publicly released.
