Morristown, TN (December 25, 2025) – Emergency crews responded to a serious house fire in West Morristown on Wednesday morning that left five individuals hospitalized for burn-related injuries and smoke inhalation.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the fire broke out just before 9:00 a.m. on December 24 at a residence located on Astor Road. Morristown Fire Department units arrived swiftly and were able to bring the blaze under control with assistance from the Morristown Police Department, EMS, MUS, and the Morristown-Hamblen Humane Society.
