According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, the crash occurred on September 20. Authorities identified the bicyclist as Vincent Duran.
Investigators said 33-year-old Maya Ortiz was driving in the area when she allegedly failed to yield at a stop sign and collided with Duran as he rode his e-bike through the intersection.
