Seguin, TX (October 24, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash in Seguin claimed the life of 63-year-old Anthony Stephenson and left at least two others injured, according to local law enforcement.
As reported by the Texas Department of Public Safety, the fatal collision occurred around 6:30 p.m. on October 23 at the intersection of North State Highway 123 and Interstate 10. A white Hino straight truck traveling westbound on I-10 reportedly left the roadway, fell onto the northbound lanes of SH 123 Bypass, and struck two vehicles below.
The truck first collided with a gray sedan before coming to rest on top of a red sedan driven by Anthony Stephenson. Stephenson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both the truck driver and the driver of the gray sedan sustained injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Their current conditions have not been released.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash and its contributing factors.
