Sacramento, CA (August 7, 2025) — A morning collision involving a vehicle and a bicyclist resulted in injuries Tuesday in the Arden Arcade area of Sacramento.

According to reports, the crash occurred at approximately 7:29 a.m. on August 5, 2025, along the 4300 block of Vulcan Drive, just north of Arden Way. Officials with the California Highway Patrol confirmed that a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle under circumstances still being reviewed.

Emergency personnel with the Sacramento Fire Department arrived shortly after the crash and treated the bicyclist, who complained of pain. The victim was transported to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in North Sacramento for additional medical evaluation and care.
