Paso Robles, CA (September 16, 2025) – A Sunday evening crash involving two vehicles left three people hospitalized with serious injuries in Paso Robles.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at approximately 6:20 p.m. on September 14 at the intersection of Highway 101 and Exline Road. A Mercedes Sprinter van was headed northbound on the highway when it attempted to make a left turn onto Exline Road. As the van turned, it was struck by a southbound Lincoln Town Car.
The driver of the Lincoln, an 81-year-old man, and his two elderly female passengers sustained serious injuries in the crash. All three were transported to Adventist Health Sierra Vista Hospital in San Luis Obispo for further care. Authorities noted that one of the female passengers was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.
CHP confirmed that impairment was not a factor. The incident remains under investigation.
