Bel-Air, CA (October 3, 2025) – A chaotic scene unfolded Thursday evening when a vehicle crashed on the campus of a Bel-Air school, injuring six people, including two juveniles and two seniors.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred shortly after 5 p.m. on October 2 at the Wise School, located on the Stephen Wise Temple campus in the 15500 block of North Stephen S Wise Drive.
First responders arrived to find a BMW had collided with a short wall on school property. A 90-year-old man suffered serious injuries and was transported to a hospital, along with an 80-year-old woman who was listed in fair condition.
Four other individuals—a 30-year-old woman, an 11-year-old boy, a 14-year-old girl, and a 17-year-old boy—were also hurt but declined hospitalization. Emergency officials evaluated them at the scene.
The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating what led to the crash.
