Las Vegas, NV (October 11, 2025) – A vehicle struck the main offices of the Southern Nevada Health District late Friday morning, resulting in minor property damage but no injuries, according to local law enforcement.
According to the Nevada State Police, the incident occurred around 11 a.m. on October 11 in the parking lot of SNHD’s central facility located at 280 South Decatur Boulevard. Authorities say the driver was maneuvering in the lot when the car crashed into part of the building.
No injuries were reported, and the structure sustained only minor damage. The facility was closed on Friday as part of its regular schedule and operations are not expected to be disrupted. Other SNHD services remained available at nearby public health centers.
