According to the Connecticut State Police , the crash occurred at approximately 2:38 p.m. on February 12 on Southford Road, also known as Route 67. Authorities reported that a school bus transporting students was struck by a passenger vehicle operated by a 65-year-old Southbury man. As a result of the collision, two students were ejected from the bus.
