According to reports, the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office received multiple 911 calls just before 5 p.m. on June 21, reporting a capsized boat carrying 10 individuals. Harsh weather conditions, including 6 to 8-foot swells and 30-knot winds, were reported on the lake at the time.
