Belton, TX (August 25, 2026) – Tavarshea Daveon Sims, 31, and Shane Demeair Taylor, 39, were killed and two other people were seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash near the Belton-Temple line on Thursday, August 20. The collision occurred shortly after 8 p.m. on northbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 294.
