Chino, CA (September 23, 2025) — A bicyclist has died following a hit-and-run crash that occurred Saturday evening in Chino. Authorities identified the victim as 53-year-old Micah Pan of Chino.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at approximately 6:35 p.m. on September 20 in the 5200 block of Eucalyptus Avenue. Pan was riding his bicycle in the area when a vehicle struck him and fled the scene.
Emergency crews transported Pan to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Chino Police later located and arrested 28-year-old Jazmine Carreto, also of Chino, on suspicion of felony hit-and-run causing injury. She was booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
The crash remains under active investigation.
