Los Angeles, CA (December 9, 2025) — Authorities are searching for the driver responsible for a deadly hit-and-run that claimed the life of a man early Sunday morning in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles.

According to the California Highway Patrol, emergency crews from the Los Angeles Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the 1200 block of West Venice Boulevard at approximately 12:30 a.m. on December 7, 2025. When first responders arrived, they found a man lying unresponsive in the roadway.
