Penn Township, PA (August 23, 2026) – A motorcycle and tractor-trailer crash claimed the life of 20-year-old Ethan F. Small of Gardners in Cumberland County on August 21. The collision occurred at approximately 7:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of Walnut Bottom Road. Pennsylvania State Police reported that Small was riding a Suzuki motorcycle when the crash occurred with a Freightliner tractor-trailer that was backing out of a driveway.
