Pomona, CA (July 5, 2025) — A deadly hit-and-run crash shut down the westbound 10 Freeway for several hours early Wednesday morning after a pedestrian was struck and killed.
According to reports, the fatal collision happened around 3:30 a.m. on July 3 near White Avenue. The California Highway Patrol said that a white car struck a pedestrian on the westbound side of the freeway and then fled the scene before authorities arrived.
