Waynesboro, PA (July 4, 2026) – A 53-year-old woman lost her life Thursday afternoon after she was struck during the aftermath of a three vehicle crash at a Waynesboro intersection, according to authorities.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the fatal collision occurred at approximately 3:41 p.m. on July 2 at the intersection of Tomstown Road and Mentzer Gap Road in Franklin County. Troopers said Sandi Miller, 60, of Fayetteville, was approaching a stop sign on Mentzer Gap Road while Karleen Hall, 30, of Waynesboro, was traveling on Tomstown Road.
