According to the New Jersey State Police, the collision occurred around 6:41 p.m. on December 9 near the intersection of Haddonfield Road and Yale Avenue. Gerald S. Yashinsky Jr., 51, of Cherry Hill, was attempting to cross the roadway when he was hit by a northbound vehicle.
