San Marcos, CA (October 1, 2025) – A rollover crash in San Marcos early Monday morning tragically claimed the life of an elderly woman.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly crash happened shortly after 3:00 a.m. on September 30 in the 500 block of San Marcos Boulevard, near Palomar College. Authorities say an 80-year-old woman was driving when, for reasons still under investigation, her vehicle overturned.
Emergency responders arrived to find the vehicle on its roof. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
