Manor, TX (September 25, 2025) – One person was killed and another seriously injured early Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash on Farm-to-Market Road 973 just north of Manor.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision occurred around 4:36 a.m. on September 25, approximately half a mile north of the Manor city limits. Authorities say a 2017 Ram 1500 traveling south on FM 973 veered into the northbound lane and collided head-on with a 2012 Ram pickup.
The driver of the 2012 Ram was pronounced dead at the scene. Emergency responders transported the driver of the 2017 Ram to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. No additional passenger injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
