According to reports, the incident happened around 9:00 a.m. on July 21 near the intersection of County Highway ZZ and Rainbows End Road in the town of New Hope, located between Rosholt and Amherst. Investigators say Robert Helbach was operating a UTV when he struck the rear of a parked dump truck.
