According to reports, the crash took place around 6:30 p.m. on August 16, 2025, at the intersection of Route 34 and Main Street. Police confirmed that 61-year-old Ermi Villanueva, one of the drivers, was found to be under the influence at the time of the collision. Villanueva was arrested at the scene and faces charges of driving while intoxicated.
