Fresno, CA (October 23, 2025) — A garbage truck crash along Highway 99 in Fresno sent two people to the hospital Wednesday morning after the vehicle overturned near an off-ramp.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 10 a.m. on October 23 as the driver of the garbage truck attempted to exit the highway via the Ashlan Avenue off-ramp. Authorities say the truck lost control, struck an embankment, and flipped onto its side.
