Ramona, CA (November 26, 2025) – Emergency crews responded Tuesday morning to a serious golf cart crash that left one man injured in Ramona, California.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 11:05 a.m. on November 25 along San Vicente Road just east of Camino Arriba. A man was operating a 2006 Club Car golf cart heading westbound when, for unknown reasons, he collided head-on with a 2004 Toyota Tundra traveling in the opposite direction.
The force of the crash caused the man driving the golf cart to be ejected. He sustained major injuries and was transported to Palomar Hospital for treatment. The driver of the Toyota, a 30-year-old man from El Cajon, was not injured in the incident.
Authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs contributed to the crash. An investigation remains underway.
