White Township, NJ (July 3, 2026) – Three people suffered serious injuries and another was moderately injured following a head on crash Tuesday evening on County Route 519 in Warren County.
According to the New Jersey State Police, the collision occurred at approximately 5:12 p.m. on July 1 along County Route 519 North near milepost 41 in White Township. A preliminary investigation found that a Hyundai passenger vehicle was traveling southbound while a Chevrolet sport utility vehicle was traveling northbound. Investigators said the Hyundai crossed the double yellow centerline and collided head on with the Chevrolet.
Authorities identified the driver of the Hyundai as Dominick Elio, 51, of Netcong, who suffered serious injuries. A passenger in the Hyundai, Doreen Lyns, 58, of Netcong, also sustained serious injuries. The driver of the Chevrolet, Ruthann Disotell, 71, of Belvidere, was seriously injured, while a passenger in the Chevrolet suffered moderate injuries. All four occupants were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
