Santa Rosa, CA (August 7, 2025) — A firefighter was injured early Monday morning while battling a residential fire in the Rincon Valley area of Santa Rosa.
According to reports, the blaze was reported shortly after 3:00 a.m. on August 5, 2025, at a home on Montclari Drive. Fire crews arrived to find flames consuming the garage and extending into the attic space of the residence.
Fortunately, all occupants inside the home were able to escape without injury. However, one firefighter sustained injuries while working to control the fire and is currently recovering. The extent of the firefighter’s injuries has not been disclosed.
