According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 3:04 a.m. on December 1 near the intersection of Lombard Street and East Colonial Drive in Orlando. First responders arrived shortly after the initial report and remained on the scene for over an hour as they rendered aid and investigated the crash.
