Multnomah County, OR (September 24, 2025) – A tragic wrong-way crash claimed the life of one man and left another person seriously injured early Saturday morning on Interstate 84 in Multnomah County.
According to the Oregon State Police, the fatal collision occurred at approximately 3:49 a.m. on September 20 near milepost 24. Authorities say 26-year-old Autumn Breeze Willis, of Beaverton, was driving a BMW X3 westbound in the eastbound lanes when she collided head-on with a Tesla Model Y.
The Tesla was being driven by Jeffrey Allen Flood, 40, of Boring. Flood died at the scene as a result of the impact. Willis was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
