According to the New Jersey State Police, the deadly collision happened at approximately 5:21 p.m. on Wednesday, December 24, along the northbound lanes of Route 73 near milepost 3.5 in Folsom Borough, Atlantic County. Authorities say 22-year-old Logan Ingemi of Hammonton was riding a motorcycle when it collided with a southbound Audi driven by 40-year-old Neil Layden of Marlton.
