West Windsor, NJ (June 3, 2025) — A chaotic scene unfolded Saturday afternoon following a serious multi-vehicle collision that disrupted traffic and left several individuals injured in West Windsor.

News sources show that around 3:35 p.m. on May 31, officers from the West Windsor Police Department responded to Old Trenton Road between Cubberly Road and Mercer County Community College for a head-on crash. A 2015 Jeep Cherokee SUV, driven by a 35-year-old Trenton resident, reportedly crossed into the northbound lanes, clipping a 2020 Honda Fit occupied by a 37-year-old Fieldsboro woman and three juveniles.

The Jeep then struck a 2011 Lincoln MKZ Sedan head-on, driven by a 38-year-old West Trenton man, before crashing into a utility pole. A bystander extinguished a fire in the Jeep’s engine compartment before leaving the scene.

Fortunately, the Fieldsboro woman and her young passengers were uninjured. Both the Jeep and Lincoln drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center. Old Trenton Road remained closed for approximately eight hours for emergency response and utility repairs.
