According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred around 10:00 p.m. on October 12 in the 3900 block of the westbound L.B.J. TEXpress. Emergency crews responded to the scene, where two individuals were transported to a nearby hospital with critical injuries. Sadly, one of the victims later died from their injuries.
