Nashua, NH (November 5, 2025) – A Tuesday morning collision on the Everett Turnpike left one person seriously injured and temporarily shut down part of the highway, according to New Hampshire State Police.

According to the New Hampshire State Police, the crash occurred around 11:30 a.m. on November 4 near Exit 8 on the northbound side of the Everett Turnpike. Investigators say a 33-year-old driver from Nashua crashed into the back of a box truck, driven by a 38-year-old from Greenville, after traffic had slowed in the area.

The driver of the car sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to a Massachusetts hospital for treatment. A passenger in the same vehicle was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. The box truck driver was unhurt.

The crash caused major backups in both directions as troopers investigated and cleared the scene. Lanes reopened approximately two hours later.
