Longs, SC (December 24, 2025) — A two-vehicle crash with entrapment and an overturned vehicle prompted a traffic advisory Saturday evening along Highway 90 near Bombing Range Road in the Longs community.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Horry County Fire Rescue crews were dispatched to the scene at approximately 7:30 p.m. on December 20. Upon arrival, emergency teams found one vehicle overturned and individuals trapped inside. Firefighters initiated extrication operations to safely remove those involved.
Two people sustained injuries and were transported to an area hospital for further treatment. Their conditions have not been disclosed. Both directions of Highway 90 were impacted as crews worked to clear the scene and assist the victims. Horry County Police Department also responded to assist with the investigation and traffic control.
