Fresno, CA (December 11, 2025) — A pedestrian was hospitalized Tuesday night after being struck by a vehicle in heavy traffic near a busy Fresno intersection, according to authorities.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just after 7 p.m. on December 9 in the area of Chestnut Avenue and Kings Canyon Road. Police say the pedestrian was crossing the road amid congested traffic when they were hit by a Honda traveling northbound on Chestnut Avenue.
