Plano, TX (September 16, 2025) – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle Saturday night while crossing East Parker Road in Plano, according to local police reports.
According to the Plano Police Department, the deadly crash occurred around 8:45 p.m. on September 13, in the westbound lanes of East Parker Road near N. Avenue. Milton Ochoa Cifuentes, 44, of Plano, was walking northbound across the roadway when he was hit by a westbound white Lexus SUV.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and transported Cifuentes to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Police said that neither speed nor alcohol appeared to be factors in the crash. The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The incident remains under investigation by Plano authorities.
