Oceanside, CA (November 12, 2025) – A pedestrian was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle Monday evening in Oceanside.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly incident occurred at approximately 6:46 p.m. near the intersection of Mission Avenue and Francesca Drive. A black Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling eastbound when it struck the man, who was crossing the roadway.
Emergency crews responded quickly, but despite their life-saving efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin.
