According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the incident occurred just after 7:00 p.m. on December 14 along the 8500 block of Doniphan Drive, near Valley Chili Road. Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office were called to assist the Anthony Police Department at the scene.
