Folsom, CA (August 6, 2025) — A single-vehicle rollover crash late Sunday night sent one person to the hospital in Folsom.
According to reports, the crash occurred at approximately 10:41 p.m. on August 3 along eastbound White Rock Road, just east of Payen Road. Authorities said a black Rivian SUV veered off the roadway and overturned under unclear circumstances.
Emergency responders, including Folsom police and fire crews, arrived on scene to find the vehicle overturned. The driver, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was transported to UC Davis Medical Center with injuries described as minor to moderate.
No other vehicles were involved, and the roadway remained open as officials worked to clear the scene.
The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the events that led to the rollover.
