According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 8:20 a.m. on September 9 near milepost 137. Troopers say a vehicle driven by a 54-year-old woman from Ann Arbor, Michigan had become disabled in the right lane of the eastbound Turnpike when a semi-truck struck it from behind.
