Nashville, TN (January 5, 2026) – A serious crash in the Madison neighborhood of Nashville left one man critically injured early Friday morning, January 2. The multi-vehicle collision occurred around 5:25 a.m. at the intersection of Old Hickory Boulevard and Gallatin Pike North.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the accident involved three vehicles, including a pickup truck, a small blue car, and a small black car. The black car came to rest in the parking lot of the Madison Church of Christ, while the other two vehicles remained on Old Hickory Boulevard. Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department’s Madison Precinct and medics from the Nashville Fire Department responded promptly.
One male driver was transported to the hospital in critical condition. The eastbound side of Old Hickory Boulevard was closed during the investigation and cleanup. Gallatin Pike North traffic was unaffected.
