The accident occurred at approximately 8:57 a.m. in the southbound left lane near mile marker 73 in Sullivan County. The vehicles involved were a 2024 Hyundai Kona, a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan, and a 2026 Peterbilt tractor-trailer.
